The annual garage sale started in 2013 for the Stone Creek Neighborhood in Rancho Cordova, hosted by another real estate firm. In 2015 The Jenica Williams Team at Keller Williams Realty took over. Garage Sale participation is FREE to residents of the Stone Creek Neighborhood, and is a great way to meet your neighbors! In recent years, an average of 75-100 families participate to sell items. The event is sponsored by the Jenica Williams Team, and other select sponsors, who cover the cost of event organization, advertising, signage, supplies, and map printing.
2024 Garage Sale Info:
Date: Saturday, May 18th
Time: 8am - end time of sale varies between sellers
Deadline to sign up to sell items: 5/4/24
Sign ups after this date are accepted but we cannot guarantee your address will be on the printed maps.
Pre-Sale Seller Event:
We will be hosting the event for sellers and providing a marker, stickers to price your items, and other items to make your garage sale a success. We will also provide coffee and donuts for you to enjoy! When you pick up your Seller Packet, you'll be automatically entered into our raffle for a chance to win a $50 Handel's Gift Certificate!
