The annual garage sale started in 2013 for the Stone Creek Neighborhood in Rancho Cordova, hosted by another real estate firm. In 2015 The Jenica Williams Team at Keller Williams Realty took over. Garage Sale participation is FREE to residents of the Stone Creek Neighborhood, and is a great way to meet your neighbors! In recent years, an average of 75-100 families participate to sell items. The event is sponsored by the Jenica Williams Team, and other select sponsors, who cover the cost of event organization, advertising, signage, supplies, and map printing.
