DO I HAVE TO PAY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SALE?
No. The cost is free to you. All you have to do is sign up by the deadline and we will add your address to the map.
How do I sign up for the sale?

DO I HAVE TO PUT OUT ANY SIGNS?
No. The signs will be put out by The Jenica Williams Team on the Friday before the sale and early Saturday morning. We will also have additional signs that will be put out this year. Likely 200 or so in total.
WHERE WILL THE SALE BE ADVERTISED?
It will be on Facebook, in the Sacramento Bee, to our team's whole network of clients/vendors, and ads purchased through social media to help gain exposure. We would appreciate it if all participants would share the link on their own Facebook Page and/or email it out to friends/family/coworkers etc. We will send out an email with a link for you to do so.
WHAT SUPPLIES ARE PROVIDED?
We will provide a marker, stickers to price your items, maps of the sale, and an apron for you to hold your money in. You can pick up your packets with these items on Saturday, April 27th (the weekend before the sale) from 10am-12pm at Tuscany Park 3460 Corvina Dr, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. We will provide coffee and donuts for you to enjoy.
WHAT TIME DOES THE SALE START AND END?
The sale will start at 8am and can end whenever you would like.
WHERE IS THE GARAGE SALE HELD?
It is held in your own garage/driveway. We will have directional signs in the neighborhood directing shoppers to each house.
WILL THE SALE BE ON SUNDAY TOO?
As of right now the sale is only on Saturday, May 4th.
